1. OVERVIEW

Vehicle Mileage Tracker ("the app", "we", "us") is a fully offline mobile

application. This policy explains how the app handles information. In short: the

app is designed so that your data never leaves your device.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect nothing. The app has no user accounts, no login, and no internet

connectivity requirement. All information you enter — fuel entries, vehicle

details, statistics and preferences — is created and stored by you, locally on

your device. We have no servers and no access to your data.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The information you enter is used only within the app, on your device, to

calculate mileage, fuel efficiency and expenses and to display your history and

statistics. It is never transmitted anywhere.

4. PERMISSIONS

The app requests no sensitive permissions. It does not access your location,

contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files. It does not require the INTERNET

permission for its features.

5. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any data, because we do not collect any.

The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no crash-reporting

SDKs.

6. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

All data is stored in your device's private application storage. Because the app

is offline, no data is uploaded to any server, cloud service or third party.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can clear all fuel

entries at any time from Settings > Clear all entries. Uninstalling the app

permanently removes all of its data from your device.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The app does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children

under 13. Because no data is collected, the app is safe for all ages.

9. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect or process any personal data, there is no personal data

for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. You retain full,

direct control of all data on your device at all times.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Because no data is transmitted or stored off your device, there are no

international data transfers.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published

within the app and reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
